Below are the audio files we worked on (students did not have the mp3 players yet, and the listening tasks were done either in the language lab or in class).
We worked on listening comprehension and on mindmaps ("cartes heuristiques" in French: here is an article in French to sum up what the all startegy is about).
Students learned how to make a mindmap when listening to an audio file, and how to use a mindmap to write a summary or make an oral presentation
The Students' final task is to record an oral presentation of their island + city on their mp3 player.
The written final task is tocreate an A4 poster introducing one or two cities in their country.
